By accessing this website, scheduling a consultation, completing an intake form, or purchasing services from Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services

Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle provides credit enhancement services including credit report review, dispute preparation and submission, personal information correction, fraud alert assistance, and credit education. Services vary based on package selection and begin only after all required documentation and active credit monitoring access have been provided.

We do not provide legal advice, financial planning, lending services, or guarantees of any kind.

2. Legal Compliance

All services are performed in accordance with applicable federal laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.

Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle does not guarantee credit score increases, deletions, approvals, or outcomes. Accurate and verifiable information cannot be removed under federal law.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information

Maintain active credit monitoring throughout the service period

Submit all required identification and documentation in a timely manner

Refrain from independently disputing accounts during active service

Avoid actions that interfere with the dispute process

Failure to comply may result in delays or termination of services without refund.

4. Payments and Fees

All services are charged as one time fees and are due in full at the time of enrollment. Payments are non transferable and non reversible. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized reversal will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle fails to perform the specific services outlined within the purchased package. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with results, credit bureau delays, client noncompliance, or outcomes beyond our control.

6. No Guarantees

Credit enhancement is a process governed by federal law and third party responses. We make no guarantees regarding results, timelines, score changes, approvals, or removals.

7. Intellectual Property

All dispute letters, templates, strategies, educational materials, and proprietary processes are the exclusive property of Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle. Unauthorized use, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for service related purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or distribute personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Deija Nakiyah Luxe Credit & Lifestyle shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including credit bureau decisions, creditor responses, or third party actions.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if a Client violates these Terms, interferes with the process, provides false information, or initiates fraudulent payment activity.

11. Modifications

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the United States and all applicable federal credit regulations govern these Terms and Conditions.
